But with Evictions Express, you can rest assured that all of the fees and costs are included in our price. Our fees for an eviction include: providing the forms, courier services, process serving fees, clerk's office fees, and sheriff fees. There are no additional costs or hidden fees.

Eviction Fees in Lee County:

• $559.00 for one tenant
• $589.00 for two tenants
• $50 for posting the three day notice

*Evictions outside of Lee county are an additional $50.00*
